how to remain the select time when page refresh

how to remain the select time when page refresh. right now when page refresh or go back to cart page or other page then processing to check out again. the time select before was not selected. we have to select again. samething with the payment fail and make another payment. today when a customer select a time but payment with credit card was fail and then she use another card and the payment go through this time. but the time she selected before was not select when the second payment go through. I make the order 2 hour early before the time she selected because in the email the time is not selected. I try this and samething happened.
Any way you can make the select time remain even when the page is reload?
