How to reduce the width of PayPal button in cart page?

Are you using a plugin for this PayPal button? If so, what plugin?

Or is it a feature of your theme? If so what theme?

Actually I i use plugin: WooCommerce PayPal Payments.
so is there anyway to fix this?

I can resize the width to 330px and it comes good, but it doesn’t work in css code while in elements inspector only.
I use the following code but did not work once I add it in css code page

.@media only screen and (min-width: 300px)
buttons:977:286.paypal-button-container {
min-width: 300px;
max-width: 3300px;
}
