How to reduce the load time of a post

  • I am checking my WordPress site post URL in Gtmetrix am getting 4 to 4.5sec to load the page. The first thing in the result is post gets 1.6 sec to load . Is there any way to load the faster, am currently using WPSuper Cache.

    Previously I tried APC Object cache plugin it worked really got but often getting WP_hook error.
    Any suggestion?
