• Dear CrestaProject

My web score on GTMetrix is not bad.
But font awesome load is too bloated.

I think it’s because the web load
the whole of font awesome items.

But I only need few social media icons.
    Such Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Instagram.

Please check my icons under menu and sidebar.
I use child theme from Annina -&gt
How to reduce font awesome load?
So my web can load faster with few icons.

    Regards

    Hi Bayu Angora,
you can try to use only the icons you need but you have to edit the theme code.
https://fontello.com/ allows you to choose the icons you need.. this way you can download the fonts and CSS code just what you need.

Then you should adapt the new CSS theme.

PS: You should also use icon up, left, right, tags, category and some other icon used in theme.

    Best Regards,

What if I remove unused icon code from font awesome file? And I leave only the icon code that I need?

You can try to “thin” the FontAwesome CSS file but for fonts files?
    However, it’s an idea ??

Ok. I will try. But there are 2 font awesome CSS files. One .css and one .min.css. Which file I have to thin?

    The theme uses the min.css
I advise you to edit the .css file and then to minify it using cssminifier.com and save it in .min.css
