How to reduce CPU usage?

    Hi, I have a new website which is working fine but my ISP tells me that Wordfence is causing generally high CPU usage on our server and occasionally spiking. Just wondering if there are any settings I should look at that will put less of a strain on the server without compromising security. Thanks.

    Do you have live traffic turned on? I had a similar issue but it seems to be better with live traffic switched to “security only” or turned off entirely.

    Thanks. Yes, it’s security only at present. Will investigate turning off.
