How to redirect user approval to admin area?

When we receive a notification email to approve a user, and when we click the link it takes us to the front-side of the users profile. But, we are using this plugin in order to create custom logins and user-roles, we do not need a directory.

So, my question is, is there any way to redirect us to view the users backend WP profile in the admin area? Instead of the user profile?
