How to redirect URL to track conversion

  • We want to track conversion for the first time a user register using one tap sign in. Is it possible to redirect user to a thank you page after they login for first time using one tap sign in? or is it possible via Google tag manage to send an event once a certain trigger happens when the user first sign in using the one tap?
