How to redirect to a new page

Hello,

I need to 2 things.

1. When we submit the form I want to redirect to a new page because I need them to download filess. I am going to have the page with the files and I need them to get there when they submit the form.

I can’t figure out how to do it. I can’t find the option.

2. The submit buton is blue, I want to change the background color in white and the text in blue. Actually I want the buton to look like a simple phrase with a link to the page with the files. I don’t want it to look like an actual button.

I can’ find the CSS. I found the name of the css when I inspect the button but where is the CSS file?
