How to redirect on a custom page after amking payment.

    I want to know that after making a successful payment how to redirect on my custom thank you page. Actually, this plugin has the automatic redirection that you have set. but I need to redirect my customer to my own created custom thank you page. how could I do that? kindly guide if you can?
