How to redesign website hosted on network solution without taking down website ?

    My client has the website hosted on Network Solutions, even the domain name is registered with Network Solutions.

    They want me to redesign the website using WordPress. At present, they are using java.

    How do I install WordPress on network solutions and redesign the website without taking the present website down or putting it under maintenance? Please help.
