How to rectify purge log error

Hello Page optimization requests for UCSS are throwing an error per quic.cloud reports. Also looks like perhaps a debug error with frequent purge. Ive looked at debug logs and emailed back and forth with plugin developer(eventon) on the subject pages throwing the error, and they are looking into it. Ive been emailing with Shivam at litespeed and there has been no resolution. Last suggestion he made was "perhaps a grep into your website files will help," and I have no idea how to perform this. Can someone advise me if this is an error I can resolve, or do I need to pay to get it resolved? Im not a programmer, however I like to try to learn as much as I can. Thank you for any feedback or suggestions.
