How to recover lost statistics

Site stats are stored in our cloud, associated with a unique blog ID for every Jetpack site. So, the short answer is yes — they should still exist somewhere, provided we can find that old blog ID in our system, and Jetpack was properly connected to the site.

Thanks for providing us more info.

On our end, it’s showing that your site was disconnected to Jetpack from 2019-08-19 to 2020-11-07. It’s likely that Jetpack was not active during this period and the tracking code did not appear on your site. In other words, Jetpack did not collect your site stats during this period of time.

It’s a pity that there is no way to recover stats as Jetpack did not log them.

Hello mahola I have the same problem, deactivate by mistake and when I reactivate everything is removed, it appears that I must reconfigure it
