How to recover lost pages and posts

I really screwed up the site I am trying to build. I ended up deleting several key pages which I can’t figure out how to recover. Many of the sites I’ve looked at seem to deal with the wp.org where there is apparently a list of previous pages. However, the site I am working with is besthairsalonseattle.com which doesn’t have that option.

I’ve come across a listing of previous versions of the site when there was a newer version available that had not yet been published. Once there I have the option to revert or move forward to the date I want. However, getting there in this situation remains a mystery. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I on this challenging path to learn WP. I was given this niche which I know very little about to see if I can figure out how to get this localized site ranked in the top ten in the local market.
