How to recover an accidentally deleted form and its submissions?

    Hi, I’ve been using Ninja Forms on my website for a long time now and have been perfectly happy with it.

    Unfortunately, one of my staff may have accidentally deleted one of the forms on the website.

    How do I recover the submissions from this form? Does the submissions exist anywhere on the database so that I can export it out?
