How to receive and update plugins

    I have paid 37 USD to get all Total-Soft products as I was particularly interested in upgrading to TS Poll Pro.? However, I have only received a payment confirmation email.? I have not received any email containing the plugins or instructions on how to get them.? I also need to know how to upgrade the?TS Poll plugin to TS Poll Pro.??Please?advise.
