How to rearrange products

    WP e-Commerce 3.8.9.5

    Hello, I’m having absolutely no luck rearranging my products on my page. I have read a ton of forum pages, most saying to go to:
    Settings
    Store
    Presentation
    And adjust the Sort By field.

    This does not work for me at all.
    Some others have had “luck” with their products being in the order that they listed them, however mine are in alphabetical order.
    I would like to be able to drag and drop them but I would take price ascending as well. I have my products set up in different categories also. (Not sure if that is a helpful bit of info when providing assistance)
