How to read download number

    Hi,
    we have many plugins on WP repository. We would like to “read” total download number for all single plugin and print the sum on our site. Like “the total of the total of our downloads”…
    How we can read total download number for a single plugin?
    Is it possibile?
    If yes, how?

    The exact, precise, <del>download</del> install counts of your plugins is not a stat we make available at this time. You’ll notice on your plugin it says 10,000+ and that sort of thing. We _do_ make that available, and you could use the plugin API to pull it, but you won’t get 10,221 or anything

    Edit: I meant install, not downloads. Downloads yes.

    Hi Ipstenu,
    isn’t important the exact number. We only want to see the total download number of all our plugins (more or less) and report it on our site to advertise the fact we publish on WP repository.
    This plugin is perfect and work well.
