How to read a QR code

    Hi! Maybe it’s a dumb question, but once I have sold the tickets, how do I read the QR code?

    I guess we can do it through an APP, but which one? How does it work? How does the APP “know” which codes are ok and which ones are not?

    Sorry, never used it before…

    Hi there, Any QR code reader that supports URL’s should work. However, we know that the following two QR readers have been proven to work well:
    -NeoReader for ios
    -QR Reader for Android
    Also know that you need to be logged into your site. Make sure to test out your scenarios so you can further understand the process before placing your Event live. Thank you and let us know if you any further questions.
