how to re-translate because of item.name

Google search-console tells me the following:
https://www.teawea.com/es/page/32/?cat=-1
and
https://www.teawea.com/de/page/27/?cat=-1
so it has to do with the translation of the category based on
this info
https://www.wikilogy.com/either-name-or-item-name-should-be-specified/

I did change the category on the post, but how do I get transposh to retranslate the post. I do not see an option.
