How to re-install the plugin without losing data

    Good day,
    A couple of days ago my website crashed, and according to my hosting company it was due to your plug-in. So, they deactivated all the plugins and I later activated all of them except for yoast, since it doesn’t let me do so.
    The message is: Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
    Warning: require_once(/home/content/p3pnexwpnas03_data03/81/2398881/html/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-seo/wp-seo-main.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/p3pnexwpnas03_data03/81/2398881/html/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-seo/wp-seo.php on line 47
    I assume I can just delete the plugin and then download it again, right? But in this case will I be able to keep all the information i.e. the optimization details of every page and post? I have hundreds of posts in different languages.
    Please help me on this,
