how to re-enroll a student in a completed course

  • I had a student enroll in a paid course then immediately press “complete course” accidentally. How can I re-set the course status for this student so they can access the lessons?

    You can go to Learnpress -> Tools -> Course or go to your database
    Step 1: Find the ID of User
    Step 2: Find the ID of Course
    Step 3: Please go to your database -> Find Table wp_learnpress_user_items
    Step 4: In table -> Find row have user_id = ID of user , item_id = ID of Course, item_type is lp_course
    Step 5: Change finished to enrolled then Save
