How to re-download plugin and reset API

by Premium i meant the gold cart! and i think we’ve purchased a shipping module too.

can you recommend a way to reset the API?? We had purchased the gold cart about a year ago and used it on a development server.. the domain it was on is no longer valid and we have no way in resetting the API.

Any ideas??
