    Good day folks,
Just want to ask how can I re-arrange the products that I want to show or display on the frontend. Im using the element – WooCommerce Products 3.2+
You can check here the image on this link (https://pasteboard.co/IF5yKR3.jpg)

I want to change the product’s arrangement, even when I tried to input the product ID the way I want, it still displays the old arrangement.

    Thanks

    Hello Jed,

    Thanks for using our product.

The id sorting will display the products in ascending or descending order depending it’s id number.

To arrange the products in custom order, you can select menu order in “order by” dropdown: https://prnt.sc/ps6i1u. Once done, edit the products which you want to display and then specify the order number for each under the “advanced” tab of woo-commerce: https://prnt.sc/ps6ilq in the required order.

Let us know if there is any issue/problem in doing so.

@rohanvc Thanks for this! However I don’t have the option “order by” dropdown on my the Woocommerce Products 3.2+ element. This is just only a free version that I’m using, this was installed by the previous developer, maybe that option is included on paid version of Visual Composer.

    Hi,

The “order by” option is not restricted based on type of license and is also available in free version. Please make sure that you are running the latest version of Visual Composer which is 22.0. If you purchase a premium license, then you can access our support portal: https://visualcomposer.com/support to send us a ticket and our support team will be glad to investigate it further to guide you with the same.

    Hi,

The screenshot of the plugin listing shows that you are using a premium version of the plugin. This is because the free version has “Go Premium” option: https://prnt.sc/pt4pvl while the one at your end does not have it. Also I want to apologise for my previous reply, as I re-confirmed the premium features, the woo-commerce elements are only available in premium version of the plugin. You can drop us a message via: https://visualcomposer.com/contacts/ including your email id and the developer’s email id and we will be able to search our portal to check if any purchase was made using them.

    Hi,

Sorry for the confusion, I didn’t know that this is a premium version until you pointed out that one. Actually this website was just forwarded on me to maintain for a couple of months. This version of Visual Composer was installed by the previous developers which I don’t know who they are and I don’t have any contact information to them. I think they’re the one who purchased the premium version.

Regarding on my concern, I think I can arrange the product sorting through the Menu Order at the Advanced Option on Product Data Field.

    Hi,

    Thanks for sharing further details.
Yes, you will be able to add menu order under advanced option on product data field. However, as there is an issue with displaying the “order by” field at your end, the product element will not be able to use “menu order” option.
If you purchase a premium license from your account, then you will be able to access our support portal and our support team will be glad to investigate the issue further to sort it out.
