How to re-arrange messages for wc_add_notice

Looking at this usage and example, I’m not seeing a way to set the order:

Someone else may be able to chime in, though.

I know how wc_add_notice() works. But there is nothing about how the messages are queued nor how they can be re-arranged.

I’m not seeing any parameters for ordering of notices however and it seems they could be arranged within the order they are fired and have no specific ordering attached.

Any examples, Stuart?
