How to quote url of the page from which the contact form is submitted

I am using listify theme and in the listing, there would be a “claim listing” action link which would pop up a claim listing form, and I use contact form 7 for the form. When the claim listing form is submitted, an email would be sent to me so I will review and approve the request.

My question is:
Is it possible to include the URL from which the form was submitted in the email to be sent to me? Because without this info, I do not know which listing he is trying to claim.
