How to put Tweet in Quotes

Thanks for changing the review! So I see you got this sorted out? I’m going to need to think through a way for the html entity codes to not eat away at the total number of characters, so that you aren’t penalized for using them.

I too was just trying to use quotes in a tweet, and I too discovered that I could use " etc., but that it counted that as 6 characters rather than the 1 character it generates.
I’d love to see an update for this sometime! ??
