How to put the menu under the logo and site description?

Hello!

I would like to change a little bit the default header layout.

By default, there two boxes in one single row: left box contains the logo; right one contains the social icons, site description & menu.

I would like a layout in two rows:
1) In the first row, two boxes: logo and site description.
2) In the second row, the menu in full width under logo and site description.

How can I take out the menu from the default right box and put it in a row below?

By the way, I tried what is suggested in this topic, as it seems what I need, but it doesn’t work (maybe for a different version of Customizr theme? I’m on 3.2.1).
