How to put sub-categories

    Hello,

    I would like to have a sub-category called “Grid 3” above my “logiciel de communication” category but I can’t put it in place.
    Can you help me please?
    To be clear, I want to click on “logiciel de communication” to see my category “grid 3” and after that to click again sur “Grid 3” to see all the question about “Grid 3”

    Hi Kim,

    There is currently no option to have two levels of nesting for the FAQs. With the “Group FAQs by Category” option enabled, it will list the categories with each FAQ for that category nested underneath. There is no similar functionality for sub-categories.
