• Is there a way to have a Search box on the mobile site? Maybe at the bottom of the menu? I can’t seem to find an option to turn it on, and it would be very useful for people to be able to search via iPhone or iPad. Thank you.

I tried to post this a few days ago but I don’t see the question listed here so I must not have done it. If this is a double-posting I apologize…

    Hiya,
it was originally hidden because of the limited space. I will squeeze in an option to show the form on all screen sizes with the next update.

Thank you. I think this would be a good addition. On my iPhone there is room to the right of the menu button but it would also fit below. I didn’t realize the search box wasn’t there until I was trying to tell someone how to find something on my site– she was on the mobile site and I was telling here “look for the search box.” Oops!

Mobile visitors are on the rise– might come a day when it’s mobile first, desktop second. Anyway, thank you for your response, and merry Christmas!

Thank you very much for including the Search field option in 2.3. Works great. I see the Search option at the bottom of the menu on my iPhone. I notice the mobile menu now shows the hierarchy of menus– I like that.

I think the search field would have been more obvious if it were placed BESIDE the menu, and not at the bottom of it (because it would have shown at all times) but I am grateful to have it at all. This is just a suggestion.

    Thanks again.
