How do I put my Printful items on a temporary sale (without a coupon)? I was told by Printful that I needed to do this on the WooCommerce side, but I can’t figure out how.

I feel like this should be easy. What am I missing?

Hey @weddingsmith – I can’t speak to any customizations that you may be doing to WooCommerce with a Pritful integration. However the normal sale functionality is a feature in WooCommerce.

When editing a product, you will see the Regular Price field. Then just below that, you’ll see a field for the Sale Price. Enter a value in and then if you’d like, set a schedule for when the sale pricing will end.

If your Printful integration or another plugin has changed that default behavior, you would need to contact the developers of that integration/plugin plugin for help with their modifications.

    I hope that helps!

They are variable products, so the price boxes are not available. I contacted Printful and they told me to contact WooCommerce. I was then redirected to these forums. Thank you @fullysupportedphil for taking the time to reply.

If these are variable products, then you’ll need to go to the Variations tab and assign the sale price on the variations directly.

Ok. Is there no way to do this in bulk? Thank you!

You could export your products to CSV and edit them in bulk with a spreadsheet tool. Then upload the products back to your site.

Otherwise, you’d need to use a plugin that adds variations to the bulk edit tool.

    For example:
    https://woocommerce.com/products/bulk-table-editor-for-woocommerce/
    or
    https://woocommerce.com/products/bulk-edit-products-prices-and-attributes/
