How to put on my free wordpress site?

  • I’m trying to host this theme on my free wordpress blog but struggling on finding out how, i’ve downloaded the folder but unless I pay I can’t edit CSS and was hoping I could tranfer it onto my blog but cant figure out how? HELP.
