how to put non-cumulative shipping for all products in a category

Hi,

You will want to set the 10 Euros as a Flat Rate shipping cost. That way, if a buyer purchases any quantity of products, they will be charged 10 Euros.

You can set up shipping costs from WooCommerce → Settings → Shipping then set your shipping zone and region and then use the flat rate shipping method.

Try:

Set up a Shipping Class and apply it to all the products you want to add shipping to.

Add a Flat Rate to your shipping zone with a cost of 0, make the Shipping Class fee 10 and set the Calculation Type to Per Order

2. You can use a shipping class as @seank123 explained above. If you use this option, mind you that it will not directly target any specific category.
