I’ve also noticed that there’s problem with close icon when user is not logged in. It’s because dashicons are loaded only for logged in users.

Hey! Only background. i’ll send you my french version.

You must generate the RGBA code with transparency.

Use this: https://www.css3maker.com/css-3-rgba.html and grab the rgba() code from the RHS panel.

Then you’ll need to paste it into Custom CSS setting like this:

Here’s example code for red background with some transparency:
