How to put job search on my front page

I have the job search on my front page in testing (test front page). I have created two jobs.

However on my “front page” if I do a search nothing happens. I also need a search button so someone can enter a search parameter and I would also prefer if there were no ticks in the categories. When someone searches I wold like a new page to open to a page selected.

Do you knwo how this can be done?
