how to put IDs in widget

I want to make some testimonials as a featured testimonials. So, I am using IDs into widget options named “slideID” and putting IDs as 121314. In this ids are 12,13and 14. I also put it as 12,13,14. But it takes only recent testimonilas. what should I do??? Please help?????????
