How to put drop-down primary menu like in demos (imagen inside)

    I would like to know how to put drop-down primary menu like in the NewsQuare demo.

    A menu that is displayed and that is not a button with link and when you put the mouse on the drop-down menu. Like this:

    I don’t know if it’s in the configuration of the theme but I cannot find it. And if it’s a plugin I would like to know which is.
