how to put different sidebar on posts

  • I am using the twenty twelve theme

    currently I have a sidebar that appears in all posts and pages.
    how can I make a different sidebar for the posts pages (domain.com/post-blog-post/)

    I want a generic sidebar that appears in all pages but on each single blogpost I want a different sidebar

    how can I do this?
