How to put a paragraph of several articles on home page?

  • How would I go about placing the first paragraph of 3 or 4 articles on the home page, and then linking to the full article on later pages?

    I am using Heatmap Theme.

  • You could try using the_excerpt() in your theme’s index.php file instead of the_content().
