how to put a mailpoet formulary to appear on the front page?

    Thank you to have a look at my problem ??

    I work on wordpress with a Blossom Chic Theme …
    I use MailPoet to collect email, and want that the formulary, how appear in the other page(you can try), appear on the front page!!
