How to publish a post to a page

  • A WordPress beginner here… I am trying to sort out posts, pages, and categories. How do I publish a post to a specific page in my navigation bar? For example, I have a post entitled “Diaper Deals this Week” which I would like to show up in my navigation bar under:

    Deals
    Diaper Deals

    I’m looking for specific instructions on which plugin I need and how to use it. Thank you!
