How to properly uninstall Simple Banner?

    I installed Simple Banner and didn’t like how it displayed so I’m going to look for a different solution. After uninstalling it however, the header menu on my website is still moved towards the bottom, with a blank space above it, so I’m assuming the Simple Banner div is still there. How do I properly uninstall this plugin so my page returns to normal?

    hi @jjunglefruit

    You need to clear your server side cache, likely another plugin you have installed, in order to fully remove Simple Banner.

    And if you feel comfortable sharing what specifically you didn’t enjoy from the banner, I’m always looking for feedback and ways to improve the plugin. Thanks.

    Thanks for the quick reply. I wasn’t super happy with the customization possibilities, had hoped for something a little like a cookie banner but that’s fine, I’m sure other people are happy with this!

    Could you give me any other pointers for clearing server side cache? I have a WP cache plugin installed but using that to clear my cache doesn’t help. There’s still a blank space where the banner was.

    Cannot tell you why, I refreshed and cleared cache before but now it’s fixed. No need for any further help, but thanks!
