How to programatically add header and footer image to every page?

Hello, Im trying to figure out how to programmatically add a footer and header image to every page?

I have the override file in my theme, its working. I’m pulling a bunch of ACF data into it. Now Im at the point where i’m trying to style things to match their current printed collateral and not getting anywhere fast.

I thought I could just use the built in header settings, but that is really more of a logo position than a header. I need the header to span the full width of the page.

I also tried the dkpdf_before_content filter, which only added the image to the first page.
