How to proceed

  • I have been ask to create a website for a multiple program. This is a Recreational youth website, there would be the front page but would need to create a main program page for each program that they can login and change their front page and information.

    Each program (29 so far) would have their own admin and have the ability to change their page only. I would create the site, and their first page with the correct sidebars for each program.

    What would be the best way is do this a plugin? Is there a plugin for this? Or something this can be done restricting the pages.

  • Hi, you’re definitely along the lines of a custom plugin for sure. You can restrict pages with a password or with a URL but the kind of thing you’re after sounds like an E-Learning platform of some sort. So probably best to have a hunt for a plugin somewhere.

    Not sure if this would be the right area for you but it’s worth a go to get started. Failing that, a custom plugin would be the path to go down.
