How to prevent users from uploading files?

    I installed WP File Base right now. I really appreciate its features. I have tried many other WordPress plugins, but WP File Base is the only one that allows each user to manage their own files separately from the other users. I mean each contributor can manage their own files without accessing the files of other persons. I also like its other features such as automatic synchronization and specially the ability to synchronize with remote FTP sites. Now I have only one problem. I would like to prevent all the users, particularly the subscribers and editors from uploading files into my server. I want all of them to use only remote file URLs, but not transloading or uploading services. Even if these features will be deactivated for the administrator, I have no problem. I don’t want to allow anyone to upload or copy files into my server. How can I deactivate or remove such features?
