How to prevent to load a code?

  • Hi. I have many similarity js code in my theme. But I want to prevent load theme without remove theme. Is there any way for me (by functions code or another)?

    For example I have this JS code in insex, seingle, footer and sidebar:
    <script type="text/javascript">test</script>
    I want prevent load theme in anywhere without remove these codes.
    Is there any filter (functions codes) for prevent load a code in anywhere?
    If no, is there anyway?
