    Hi Ovidiu:

Go to the Meta Robot Tags Editor >>> Media >>> and then select No Index for the images in question.

Hi, for some reason this feature doesn’t work for me. When I check the boxes in the media page and click save at the bottom, when I view it again they all become unchecked. Do you know what could be causing this not to work?

(Awesome plugin by the way! This is the only problem I have experienced with it.)

    One-by-one?
How about a global: do not index images/attachment option?

where is this global option? i have the same problem. I need to prevent google from intex all attachments photos pages.

i only see individual photo no index option.

There is no global option at this time, since noindex is something you have to be careful with, although, it was suggested above.

For now, you will have to take a few minutes and merely click the images you do not want indexed and in future revisions to the plugin, we will put the [select all] feature into the plugin.

hi, the problem with it is that the plugin has a bug isue which prevent noindex checket. Since i save configuration it get back to unchacked status.

i install Attachment Pages Redirect plugin which is making a 301 redirect to all results in google to parent post. Not sure if it will prevent from indexing new atachment post.

When you deactivate Attachment Pages Redirect Plugin and try to check noindex, does this work?

Trying to recreate the variables here.

i install Attachment Pages Redirect Plugin after i got tired of try to stop this behavior. The bug is present even if i disable all other plugins.

I’ve just recently switched out a few blogs running WP SEO as I was noticing intermittent page load times with W3 Total Cache. Gotta say SEO Ultimate performs significantly better, so nice job.

Attachment pages are a real pain especially on large blogs with at lot of images so a global noindex switch for this section of content would be a big time saver.

I’ll try the Attachment Pages Redirect plugin also.
