How to prevent indexing of attachment pages?

    I’m not sure if I quite understand the question. I’m guessing you wish to de-index the currently indexed attachment pages?

    If that’s the question, then all you have to do is wait with the noindex option turned on for Attachment pages. Google periodically re-crawls all pages and will remove pages from its index if the tag is spotted.

    I saw this thread and curious about your plugin. What’s the name? Does it prevent google from indexing files in my WP content-uploads? I still need them to attach as products in Woocommerce. Would WC still find them?
