How to Prevent Font Awesome Loading

  • I’m using the ShortCodes Ultimate plugin, which I understand automatically loads the Font Awesome icons. This is a great feature, however, many new premium WP themes automatically load the Font Awesome resource as well. This is my particular situation and I would like to load Font Awesome from a single source and, eliminate an unnecessary http request.

    Can you please provide instructions on how one can modify the ShortCodes Ultimate plugin to prevent Font Awesome from loading?

    One development request for your consideration — could you please add an option to the plugin settings, that gives the user control over loading or not loading Font Awesome resource.
