How to prevent expiration

    Hi there

    I want to offer lifetime membership to my website and thus have left the membership expiration box unticked however new membership are defaulting to a 1 year membership, how can I offer lifetime access?

    Hi there, thank you for reaching out to Paid Memberships pro.

    Your level settings should only have an Initial Amount set and nothing else – recurring, and expiration settings should be unchecked.

    Please send me a screenshot of your level settings under Memberships > Settings > Levels > Edit so that I can take a further look into this for you?
