• First-time user here just setting up the plugin. So far so good with field mapping. Two feeds on our Donation Form, one for Contact (Donor Contact), one for Opportunity (Single Donation), and I learned to set Primary Contact on Opp with ‘Donor Contact’.

I’m clicking submit on our web form only once, and I’m creating duplicate Opportunities. Help?

Did you set Opportunity name as primary key in feed ?

Thanks. No, do you have documentation about this? I’d left Primary Key blank because these are creating single donations and not mapping to any existing Opportunities. You’re saying Opportunity Name should be Primary Key even if it’s not mapping to any existing records?

Since I posted this I came up on a reference somewhere else about other plugins causing issues and perhaps duplicates. I just deactivated the old Katz Gravity Forms Salesforce Add-on. I now have two CRM Perks plugins:
    1. Gravity Forms Salesforce
    2. Gravity Forms Salesforce Pro

Should I be deleting Gravity Forms Salesforce?`

Yes, you want to remove the non-pro version.

    They may be conflicting,

    Thank You – Sam
